A new study was released stating that there is no evidence that depression is caused by low serotonin levels. So what now?
This blog began off the premise of my three passions, being a gal, reproductive health, & wellness. Unfortunately, these things don't often sit together at the table. Because we are not static beings and alignment is an ongoing journey, it is imperative that we constantly check-in and assess our wellness (mind, body, & spirit) routines. My goal is to share the good, the bad, & the ugly of my own wellness journey. That is, my experience(s), trials, errors, wins, loses, thoughts, feelings, & clinical insight. My hope is that you get to know yourself more intimately and feel empowered to reflect and take necessary steps to develop/ evolve in your very own wellness routine(s).
